March 7, 2026: Attitude the day after the decision

"The night of decision-making is quiet, yet somehow filled with passion."

Something I'd been hesitant about for a long time. Something that'd been bothering me deep down. But—
A decision is not the end.

The real voyage begins the day after the decision is made. The moment of decision requires courage.

However, the day after making a decision, composure is necessary. Immediately after making a decision, people tend to want to justify their judgment.

"This must have been the right thing to do," "It wasn't wrong," "There's no need to hesitate anymore."

However, making a decision isn't about choosing the "absolutely correct answer." It's about making the most honest choice at that particular moment.

And the key is to quietly nurture that choice.

The day after making a decision, what you should do is neither be proud of it nor dwell on it too much.

The key is to translate that decision into reality, to turn it into small actions, and to refine your words.

Organize the plan. Communicate it to the necessary people.

A decision only gains meaning when it is translated into action. Those who begin to waver the day after making a decision...
They keep going around in circles. Those who rush ahead the day after making a decision lose their way.

The important thing is to move forward at a steady pace. The word "decision" is written with characters that mean "to cut off the future." Cut off past doubts and choose a new course.

That's why I don't look back the day after making a decision. Not out of regret, nor overconfidence, but simply looking ahead.

I know that every great voyage begins with a decision. And how that decision is handled the next day determines the outcome.
The quality of the voyage is determined by this.

Today, I will quietly carry out what I decided yesterday. There is no need to raise my voice.

Results will appear with time. Decision is courage in the moment. Navigation is about maintaining that courage every day.

So today, too, we quietly set sail.

That was my attitude the day after making the decision.
