■ Reservation procedure
1. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you entered.
2. The reservation staff will contact you by email with the total amount, bank details, and estimated delivery date (within 1-2 days).
3. Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you an order confirmation email and begin the cooking process.
4. Your order will be shipped on the date specified in your reservation.
You will receive an email with shipping and delivery information.
■ About shipping
Duck Bourguignon will only be simmered once payment has been confirmed, so it will be shipped 4 days or more after your order is confirmed.
*Duck Bourguignon is delivered via Yamato Cool Delivery.
