Quiet Progress

Today was not a day for any major outward movements. I only posted short messages on social media and deliberately refrained from any new diplomatic efforts via direct mail.

How can we communicate Western food literature, which has been cultivated in Japan, to the world? In response to this question, today I chose to "let the words settle."

The results are yet to be seen, but that's always the case in cultural work.

Today was another day that we have made progress in spreading Western food culture to the world.
